For Mediations that exceed the scheduled hours, all additional time will be billed on an hourly basis, as well as any extra disbursement charges incurred.  There is $575 fee for each additional party.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

Please diarize a Cancellation/Rescheduling Deadline Reminder at least 45 days prior to the Booked Date.

Mediations Cancelled OR Rescheduled within 30 days of the Original Mediation Date will be charged at Full Rate as booked.

In the unlikely event we are able to book another Mediation on short notice on your original date, the Cancellation Fee will be waived.
